- 1000 pieces, 70 by 50 cm finished — difficulty level 3
- 8-bit pixel art styling, flat color blocks, no shading to lean on
- Fifty famous figures to find, with a 28 cm fold out key included
- Three layer 100 percent recycled board with a matte print face
This is the big one. The continents are blocked out in flat retro game color, which removes every shading cue a photographic jigsaw would give you and leaves the cut shape and the pixel landmarks to work with. Expect the oceans to take an evening on their own.
The fifty famous people are the reason this puzzle gets finished. Each is rendered in a handful of pixels on the continent they belong to, and a fold out key 28 centimeters wide comes in the box so you can argue about which one is which. Level 3 on our own scale, which means a week of evenings for most people.
From our table: Sort by color block before you sort by edge. The pixel palette is small and that shortcut works.

Excellent quality
This puzzle is of excellent quality and a lot of fun to put together. Requires patience and attention to detail, though.
I ♥️ NY
This was harder than expected, but very well made and pieces fit together nicely.
