Pull up a chair
Questions about the objects themselves come straight to us. Questions about a parcel go somewhere faster.
Write to us about the product
Which puzzle suits a nine year old, whether the neon cube is heavier than the anodized one, what the spin ball weighs, whether a scooter handlebar will reach a tall eight year old — all of that is ours. We read everything and we answer in a day or two.
Write to the store about the parcel
Tracking, a late delivery, a damaged box, a refund, a warranty claim or a replacement part all live with the store you bought from. Use the order page of the partner store: they hold the order number and the stock, and we hold neither.
Trade and press
Stockists, wholesale and press use the same address with TRADE in the subject line and it gets routed on the same morning.
