Returns and missing pieces
Back in the box
Puzzles lose pieces. Bearings occasionally arrive stiff. Here is what happens next.
A missing piece
It happens, and it is almost always the sky. Tell us the puzzle name and roughly where the gap sits in the picture and we will try to put a replacement piece in the post. We keep short runs of spares for the current range.
A faulty spinner
A bearing that grinds out of the box is a fault, not a running in period. Send it back through the store you ordered from — they handle the replacement and they do it faster than a conversation with us would.
Changed your mind
Returns windows, labels and refunds are set by the store you bought from and are shown on the order page. We have no visibility of your order and cannot start a return for you.
The scooter
Keep the outer carton until the first ride is done. An oversized return without its carton is a difficult thing to arrange and the carton folds flat behind a door.
