8-Bit London Puzzle — 1000 Pieces
4.4 out of 5 · 251 reviews
London rendered as a retro game screen — 1000 pieces, every landmark blocked out in flat color, and a skyline that resolves all at once.
$19.98
On the shelf now
- 1000 pieces, 70 by 50 cm finished — difficulty level 3
- Pixel art skyline with every well known landmark in the frame
- Available as 180 and 1000 pieces so a household can run both
- 100 percent recycled three layer board, true color matte print
The London pixel map reads as noise for the first two hundred pieces and then suddenly starts behaving. Once the river is in, the city organizes itself around it: the bridges give you anchors, the landmarks give you color patches, and the parks give you the only large areas of single tone in the whole picture.
It is the most architectural puzzle in our pixel range, which makes it slightly easier than the world map despite the same piece count. Straight lines everywhere. If you have built one 1000 piece jigsaw before and bounced off the oceans, start here instead.
From our table: Find the Thames first. Everything in this picture hangs off it.
